Is this a carrier 908U model or factory unlocked 908U1? I have the factory unlocked U1 on ATT and no update.

I got the U1 model w ATT as carrier. no update yet either. sammobile also doesnt show any new update for U1. may be you were on beta first cause I am reading everyone who had beta is getting the stable ver. so i hope the final push for all U1 is soon. although its late enough to not be excited abt
