It did roll out in the United States but of course the people with the Galaxy s26 without the beta are getting theirs first and then everyone with beta since it's such a small thing we have all the options and everything it's just finalizing it will get it last it could actually even still take another day or two for us but if you get on Google and get your build number from your software app it can tell you if you give it your approximate location approximately when you will get it on your phone just let them know what phone you have whether it's locked or unlocked and who your carrier is and your location and ask when you will get the stable version instead of the beta
