Even after deleting Spotify, this broken notification is still preant but I can't get rid of it permanently. I don't have Spotify installed but I'm still getting notifications for it.

Wait, so you got rid of Spotify and still get notifications? You're sure it's been uninstalled? Have you tried a cache wipe?

Yes it's been uninstalled. And it's the same notification in the picture that always pops up

I'm using the Samsung Members app, so the image doesn't show up. Did you try to wipe the system cache?
