It would make sense to move to stable with the launch of the 25U, but I've seen previous models staying in beta, even after the new shiny toy launches... eh-emmm, Next BIG Thing!
Watch 6 is a good example. It recently came out of beta for OneUI6 well after the 7 and ultra launched.
Would not be surprised if we see beta 4 with the 24U. Consider there will be some different features for each device, so beta can run concurrently for the 24U. 25U is already set or maybe last minute fine tuning before they ship.
