Apparently, using the Camera controller on my watch 4 classic then taking photos disables swipe gestures entirely. The only fix i could find was restarting my phone.

@KatFace As a troubleshooting step, try booting your Note 20 in safe mode. If everything works properly while booted in safe mode, then you know that is a 3rd party app causing your issue.
