For the people app notification I found removing the people edge panel from edge panel fixes the constant notification.
Theme and minor ui issues I found clearing data and cache by going into settings -app- one ui clear cache then data fixed those bugs for me Now be aware you will have to redo your home page app drawer widgets wallpapers theme etc.
