I noticed whenever I receive a text message and I've read it I get the notification sound and vibration that I have a new message every few minutes even though I already viewed the messages. It's like the phone doesn't recognize that I already viewed the incoming text. The way I stop that from happening is to restart my phone after reading every incoming text message
Please check if you have the Notifications Reminder toggled ON. This could be the cause of repeated notifications you are receiving. If this toggle is off and you are experiencing the issue, please update Samsung Members app to latest version from the Galaxy store and send us an error report immediately after experiencing the issue from the Samsung member’s app -> Beta Feedback -> Error Reports to help us debug the issue.
