Text field deletes itself

My text field while responding to others deletes itself after a couple lines of text input. Any thoughts?

You referring to the input field to compose responses here in the Members app?
It does have a limited height, though I've never seen it disappear.

It appears to happen in several places including quora and here if I type much more than this.

Strange. For me, text will scroll up out of sight, so has the appearance it's gone.
Probably doesn't matter, but have you tried another keyboard?

Are you using Samsung keyboard or GBoard ?
