Theme Park - Notification Color

Trying to figure out what's causing this disconnect 🙃 I made a few changes to my theme and haven't nailed it. All I can say is that every time there's a beta, this happens when using my own theme.. I just need my notification to be see through how I used to have on 8.1. So far this is the only issue I've found with this beta and Theme Park.

Most Goodluck plug-ins don't work with beta software this has been a thing with every beta..if we do get lucky and some work there usually is bugs that won't be sorted till the plug-ins are updated unfortunately hope this helps

Try long pressing on home screen, selecting wallpaper and style, select color pallet off and then turn back on. Then go into theme park and reapply your theme. I had an issue with my quick panel theme not working and that cleared it up, maybe that will fix the theme for your notifications as well.
