Color themes are not working. When I apply the color theme, the color doesn't change until you restart the phone

Same here. It doesn't change colors and I've noticed if it does, it's very random where the colors do apply

I can't change colors anymore, it locks up and restarts the phone. It worked fine for a bit.

Turn off (apply dark mode to wallpaper); it works again.

You have to restart after doing a theme change.
