I've been reporting about this toggle bug (Settings >> Samsung >> scroll down to inactive time section) over the past year but it has not been fixed in this beta.
I wonder if it's just me having this bug when I use the smallest font size (left screenshot). The toggle is fine when setting to any other font sizes(right screenshot)

Just so that we understand your issue correctly, it seems that toggle button is not functioning after changing the font to smallest size as below screenshots.
If you have already reported this issue via Galaxy Wearable > Contact us> Error report, then we will look into this issue from your logs once again. (If you haven't done so, please kindly report the issue to us)
