Trouble Submitting Error Reports

It seems like the majority of error reports I make are blown off with a "No Logs" response. Each and every report i have posted has had the checkbox checked to send the logs.

I only had this problem if I left the subsequent screen or app *before it finished sending, after hitting the send button

It never sends logs. I've submitted multiple issues and get the same stupid response because reading is apparently too hard for samsung to look into these issues.

Please try not moving to a different screen until members app shows that report has been submitted succesfully.

That is how I have been doing it.
