Using Samsung unlocked S23 Ultra via Verizon. The Voicemail icon is available but after installing the beta an error is displayed each time the icon is clicked. Error message "App isn't installed". I've force stopped the app and cleared cache.

I went into app info and opened it from there. Since then it's been working fine. Hope this works for you.
