Vertical App Drawer Scrolling

I have downloaded Goodlock and Home up. And for the life of me, I can't find a way to activate vertical app drawer scrolling.

What am I missing ?

Any help is much appreciated.. 

At this stage. ..am on the verge or returning to Nova or Lawncher or even MIcroSoft.
