Videos sent via MMS: Samsung Messages

With Samsung messages, long ago there used to be an option to set your desired video size when sending a video. This was before OneUi. 

This allowed users to send videos that looked less pixelated, but of a smaller window size. I think that was a great option to have. 

Is that a feature anyone else used and would like to have available again? Feel free to comment and share.
