VoLTE Missing after bet4 and Nov security

After beta 4 and November security VoLTE is missing and S21+ become unusable to make calls 

Any advice? Seems to be a bug

Which carrier? I don't believe the VoLTE toggle is visible on most carriers anymore; it's automatically on.

Well if it's automatically on then the calls must go but we are unable to call or receive calls and same with SMS messages

It's supposed to be automatically on but mine has been dropping and buggy. It's actually left me unable to call due to the requirements to have it to call.
