Samsung Beta UI 6.0 has ended, however whenever I reboot I still get a notification that I am running beta software.  When I go to Samsung Members and Settings, there is no option for me to withdraw as there is no withdraw button.  Is there any way I can get withdrawn from the Samsung Beta program?  I wish to revert to official stable version.

Turn the eSIM OFF and then ON. Do not delete the eSIM, as you cannot recover it on your own.

I tried that, and unfortunately when I go to settings in Samsung Members, it just still gives a notification that the beta has ended and for me to download official software. Going to settings in the phone and checking for updates, it says I have the latest updates.

Its because att has not pushed the final update to your device yet. Although it has ended, att will fine tune it the send as an ota update. Keep checking as it will show a new update available soon. No later then 30 days. Since the beta ended for you, there is no way to withdraw. You can use smartswitch and roll back to android 13 and wait for the update but if smartswitch dont work, you can manually roll back with Frija and odin3 on a pc, but as for now, your still on beta till att sends ota update.
