After the update my wallpaper is now blurry and distorted even if I change it to something else it stays blurry and distorted.

I had that happen as well. I was able to change the wallpaper and it fixed it.

Have you tried restarting?

Yeah, it fixes it for the time being, but after so long it goes right back.

Mine was blurry also. I changed the background and it hasn't been blurry since.
