It was happening to me, it turns out I had downloaded a wallpaper from the Theme store that wasn't compatible. I wasn't even using it, but just having it installed caused the crash. Once I uninstalled it the settings stopped crashing
Hello, This is a known issue and has been fixed internally. Fix will be included as part of next software update. In the meantime, you can uninstall the wallpapers marked as "incompatible" to resolve the issue.
