Watch 4 Classic LTE

I know the hot topic is beta 3 and my question is off topic, but I have been grappling with the Watch 4 Classic LTE Beta update not installing. 

Did full reset today.

Is this the stable version?

It hasn't been released for lte versions yet. Just Bluetooth

No that's still beta version since it's ending with ZWH3. They should be releasing HWH3 or newer version soon.
