Watch 5 pro stopped connecting and how do I get the back on the beta program test on the new watch?

I was on the beta testing program with my original watch 5 pro. However that watch missed up and stopped connecting to phones. I have a new watch how do I get the back on the beta program test

Yea I know. I got asked if I wanted the new 6 and I declined because I know pro 5 is probably the best watch they have made

Currently having the same problem, except I have the WiFi version. Trying to get it re-paired as I type this. I'll be upgrading to the Watch 6 classic. I'm trying to find the beta apps again

It doesn't show a banner for it
