I've been in dozens of betas and the most successful are the ones which promote frank and frequent interactions with the community who have been gracious enough to offer their personal devices as a test bed for pre-release code testing at zero cost to Samsung. It's an opt-in activity, but it still requires acknowledgement and appreciation.
