Wi-Fi Network Available

The notification will not go away even though I'm on wifi. Not having any internet issues or connection issues so I can't figure out why it won't go away. It can't be dismissed. It can be silenced but only up to 2 hours.

Are you staying the Notification persists in the pulldown Notification panel, like the "Mobile data turned off" Notification persists in the screenshot I've attached?

Or is it a pop up Notification?

Mine shows too occasionally, even though I'm already connected to WiFi

Please turn off settings -> connections -> Wi-Fi -> Menu -> advanced -> Network notification.

In the past, hasn't this only popped up if you weren't already connected to WiFi?
