Beta 2 and I started having wifi connection issues at home. I was also impacted by the first wifi Issues with the S23. I was almost at all loss this time until I tried tried the trick of disabling random MAC addresses and I'm surprised at how much better my connection is now. It's not only fast but it's seems really fast now.
Go to the problem wifi network in wifi settings, click the cogwheel. Goto more settings. Look for MAC address type. Change it to Phone MAC address. I can confirm this fully resolved my internet disconnect issues.
