Withdrew but cannot downgrade

I've had a few bugs that have caused me some issues the last couple of days so I decided to withdraw and it's been several hours and despite repeated attempts to downgrade, plugging in multiple times to the computer, Smart switch still will not give me the option to downgrade. Has anybody else experienced this or know of a fix?

It may take up to 72 Hrs for smart switch to show the downgrade button. 

Please contact the nearest Samsung Service Center for assistance with downgrading the device. To locate the nearest Service Center, please call 1-800-726-7864.
