Make sure youre on the newest update, then update galaxy store, if it's still not working, try re downloading Samsung members and restarting your device.

BETA in play sore. The only beta program I know I got that remote off the internet from somebody else but then the guy has him on the other place to go too it's an awesome remote cast all kinds I got IPTV through it now I got 4,000 channels

I tried a suggestion in a different message. Try clearing data for the Samsung members app. The banner showed up for me after clearing data.

I did that 11 minutes ago and it worked for me as well. Thanks though!

I wiped the data for the app then logged back in and now I have the banner!
