I don't know yet if it has anything to do with the Beta 2 update, but since I installed it, my incoming phone calls are not ringing, but are going straight to Voice mail.
Please use the latest Samsung Members app to submit an error report (Samusng Members One UI Beta Program Beta Feedback Error Report.
Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

Yes, I had a similar issue last week on my S23 Ultra. People were telling me that my phone directly goes to voicemail (and it's sitting next to me on the table). Then, I noticed on the top left it shows "Emergency Calls only".
I completely rebooted the phone and then I started getting calls. And, on the top left, I see "T-Mobile Wifi Calling".
It occurred only once though but still it took couple of days for me to notice it.
