Last night, after an update of Android System Webview, webview dependent apps such as Gmail crash immediately.  I've gone through the troubleshooting, by uninstalling updates to webview, same with Chrome, disable chrome but the issue persists.  Any other suggestions?

Got the WebView update here too ... no probs

Reboot to Maintenance screen

Select Clear Cache Partition

Select Repair Apps option

... phone will automagically reboot... give it 2-3 minutes to finish

Will this force a re-image, factory reset?   I appreciate the help

OK did that - I generates a large zip and a number of debug files - one is nearly 200mb.  Is there a specific file that is helpful? nobumoto_0-1667315595297.png
