Projectors & Other TVsRecently purchased both at Costco. Connected via ARC. Use a universal remote to control both. Both TV and soundbar power on at the same time but the sound from both the TV and soundbar are delayed about 5 seconds from power on. Any ideas on how to fix?

Projectors & Other TVsHello! Thank you for reaching out! I see how this can be concerning with your soundbar being out of sync. I would recommend trying the steps below.
The sync feature is not available when using BT (Bluetooth) or USB as a source.
The method to do this depends on your soundbar, and you can find instructions specific to your model in your user manual.
Here are three of the most common methods:
1. Press Sound Control on the soundbar remote, and then use the Left/Right buttons to adjust until sound is synced.
2. Press Audio Sync on the soundbar remote, and then use the Skip Forward/Backward buttons to adjust until the sound is synced.
If these do not help I would recommend also trying a new HDMI cable. If this does not help I would recommend taking the soundbar back for an exchange, seeing as it was just recently purchased.
