3rd party apps

I am new at this community thing so I hope I am posting it right. I have a problem with an alarm going off every night at 8:00pm. I have read about the problem and put my phone in safe mode.  I think I checked each app but could find one 3rd party app that was allowed to use my alarm.  Do you think I am not looking in the right place for apps with a 3rd party?

If you go to your alarms youll see ONE of them is set for 8pm, just turn the Slider to the off position
