Has anyone else experiencing Play Store reverting back to green from the blue and also cannot check for Google Play System Update when I tap on it it does nothing

Mine is still blue. I can check for updates also with no issues.

It reverted itself back to normal blue earlier today and was also able to tap on Google Play System Update also

It depends on the phone software and the playstore application number
