Android 12 update schedule for factory unlocked s21ultra

Hello, November 23rd and still no sign of the android 12 update on tmobile USA.  As mentioned it's the G998U1 model.  Should I be worried or are others experiencing same issue?  I did receive the AUJ7 November security update on November 2nd.  Just wondering if this is normal because everywhere I read on the internet says update has been released, although I know with factory unlocked models differ depending on carrier, is this true.  Any help appreciated 🙏

according to the beta moderator on the other board, TMO update for unlocked phones is now the 25th. it might come sooner, but, don't sweat it.

I just got mine this morning (23 Nov) at around 8AM. My carrier is also TMO
