At&t basically said: "You'll get it when you get it!" My phone is unlocked and my SIM card is At&t prepaid. So, I'm hoping at least by the middle of the month, I could be wrong though.
Carriers will never give you a time line on updates. And unfortunately unlocked doesn't mean much, You're still at the mercy of the AT&T update schedule.
