Anyone else having problems with auto rotate

I tried watching something in upside-down portrait earlier and it didn't wanna work. Anyone else experience something like this?

I got up a little while ago and auto rotate was on ( I normally don't use it)!

EDIT: if you haven't already, reboot phone into Maintenance mode and select to Clear Cache Partition
