I haven't experienced any crashes, per se. I have had a couple of apps "fail to launch" the first time I tried to open them after downloading the beta. However, I was able to open them immediately after, and haven't had a problem with those apps since. Have you tried to wipe your cache partition and repair apps from the recovery screen? This can resolve a lot of problems. It'll tell you whether it's a software problem vs needing to clean up the phone.
