I want too leave the beta but I don't own a computer is there any other way..

From this screen you can leave the beta. You just press the three dots on the upper right hand side

But he will be stuck on beta 1 forever and cant rollback

Find closest Samsung Care Center. They will restore you phone to previous firmware.

Not that big. I called and they told me $39 to restore to previous firmware from beta. $99 if your phone is in bootloop.

I don't understand this at all, you were aware of this before you put Beta software on your phone. You should not run beta software if there is no access to a computer for rollback. Now you will need to go to Samsung service center and probably have to spend $100 to rollback.

I hope you at least have a thumb drive to back up your phone. It also entails a complete factor reset.
