What will we get next beta 3 or stable update?

50/50 right. Place your bets now. 😂

I am guessing it will be stable.
26U and 25U started beta before the 24U but already have a stable version.

Just saw a post that stable version is pushing out to S24. But no timeline

Stable is coming out to south korea so a few days before we get it

No, we still get the beta warning on reboot, so the stable version is yet to come.
