This is not about Material 3 Expressive. This is about Material You, the older design language by Google which is incorporated into One UI through Color Palette. The default colors set with it off are broken and it works just like it should when it's on. There is a comparison between the broken One UI 8.5 and working One UI 8.

Good! It's called a beta for a reason. They will release it when they have it ready. There has never been a guarantee to get it every two weeks. Enjoy your iPhone!

BETA is spelled PATIENCE. Or UNINSTALL if you want. Either spelling is correct.

Samsung developers invite people to test the beta software before releasing it to the general public.

We are here because we want to help to report bugs and to give our feedback about features as well as have a friendly discussion about these things. We also get the added bonus of experiencing a new operating system with new features 😃
Demands, insults, tantrums aren't really helpful my friend.
You can always leave the program if it's becoming frustrating to you or you no longer enjoy having the opportunity to be helpful.
