I just read Samsung has ended the one ui 4.0 beta program in Korea does that mean the US also

There is no indication there will be a beta 4, next update should be the final version with the December security patch most likely. Android 12 is officially out and I'm pretty sure Samsung got plenty of valuable feedback to complete the final version. I'm sure smaller bugs will continue to be addressed with the monthly updates.

I bet that there is at least one, if not two more beta updates.

Given the current rounds of surveys, there will be at least one more.

No source, in the past, if memory service me right, usually there are 3 beta stages, also keep in mind beta 3 includes final Android 12 so it's pretty close to finish. We shall see soon I suppose if I'm right 😌 sadly, I'm rarely wrong.

Hello @Rafmetal ,

Beta program "ends" when carrier approves the software and is ready for official release. Until that time, we will accept all feedback and try to incorporate fixes in to the software.

Article is a little misleading as Moderator in Samsung forums has mentioned ending recruitment for the beta program not the program itself.
