Bixby and routines

Just wondering, and maybe I missed something. My Bixby, every time I click the icon, it simply terminates. When I attempted to go into the galaxy store, if I click on it, nothing comes up. 

Did I miss a known issue, and/ or is it just my unit and build?

Try clearing the cache . No issues here with mine

Hi, the phone cache or the Bixby app cache? I tried the Bixby app cache already.. Please instruct and I will proceed.

I cleared the phone cache and this seemed to work. Thank you all for the help and suggestions..
