Anyone else having issues with incoming text messages not coming through your vehicle when connected to Bluetooth?

I mean no disrespect, but with the number of auto accidents I've seen just this week alone I'm glad.... well, unless you mean having your vehicle read the text message aloud.

See, with the sheer number of idiots not paying attention to the road we've had an increase in auto accidents. I've already seen 3j just this week alone, with all 3 being within just 2 blocks of each other. the 3rd just happened this morning and resulted in a fatality, because idiots can't pay attention. having a text message appear on the screen is NOT something that anyone should have. they can't even change the radio station without needing help to get their car out of a tree.


I'm sorry. I'm just having a meltdown.

It's all good. Yes I meant my car not notifying me or reading the incoming message(s) aloud.

Thank you. i mean I'm trying to have a normal day but it's ridiculous. all i can think about is how all it takes is a quick glance at a screen to ruin a nice Friday morning.

I am continually stunned by the frequency with which I see drivers holding phones to their ears or in their hands for texting behind the wheel, even in apparently recent vehicles that (I think) routinely feature hands-free integration.  People tend to assume bad stuff happens to others, but "I'm really careful." Sad,

Exactly. I just spent the last 18hrs watching and reading the news relating to the 2nd auto incident and I'm still speechless. Between that and the 3rd yesterday morning involving a motorcycle just 2 blocks from the last one and i lost it.

Thank you for reporting the issue with incoming text message notifications while connected to your vehicle through Bluetooth.

To help the team review the behavior, please submit an Error Report after the issue occurs and when you are safely parked and no longer driving.

When submitting the report, please include:

- Approximate time the message was received
- Vehicle make/model and infotainment system, if known
- Whether other Bluetooth functions such as calls or media were working normally
- Whether the message appeared on the phone but not on the vehicle display

Please open Samsung Members → One UI Beta Program → Beta Feedback → Error reports, attach any relevant screenshots if available, and make sure “Send system log data” is enabled.

For safety, please do not attempt to collect logs or submit a report while driving. Submit the report as soon as practical after the event once the vehicle is safely parked.

I have had issues where my phone is connected to my vehicle and my watch along with my headset for talking on the phone i will answer a second call and then theres nothing on the bluetooth i will have to turn the power off on android to bluetooth and turn it back on and reconnect to my devices before i get volume back.
