Broken Lockscreen Clock and always on display

Lock screen clock is crooked, and so is half the always on display, is it happening for anyone else?

Yes, having problems with the lockscrwen clock not staying where I save it to and also the notifications bar goes I. Random places.

Yes, I'm having the same issues. The clock on the lock screen is all the way at the top and my notifications are off to the far left.
