QuestionsS24 Ultra - One UI7 And15 - Brand New Pair o Buds3 Pro
Not Showing in Wear, connected fine when first opend case, works fine, plays music, calls all tha jazz, but....
How the **bleep** do i modify any settings? Like noise cancellation or Equaliser settings? Basically anything?
I've seen other posts where buds3 pro is now supposedly supposed to show up under the main settings menu, i see nothing.
Like i said earlier its connected fine, and when i go to bluetooth, yeah its there, great. I have 3 options other than the 2 toggles for calls & audio, which are Rename, Disconnect & Unpair......
**bleep**..... Why aren't they discoverable nor available to add in wear? Why don't i see this mythical option in the settings menu? Yeah my buds work, but why can't i manage them?

QuestionsHello,
Thank you for sharing your feedback on the new change on Buds settings.
Once you open the case, you will see a popup of your buds on your screen, followed by a Wearable setting under Setting.
For easier access to noise control, you can always add a widget do your home screen as well.

QuestionsFor me, I can listen to music but when i make a call neither I not the other person over the call can hear anything. It has become a mess. Any solution to it?

QuestionsSo the 'experts' in the Samsung shop were unable to assist me, they agree it was strange that they would connect via bluetooth and play music but nothing else. Advised me to send them off for diagnostics/repair....
After talking with a proper expert online, many troubleshooting steps, he advised repair... It was only going through the process of arranging a repair/pickup that when coming to input the S/N it was not a UK/EU model, the engineer online looked up said S/N and identified it as a Chinese model. Now whilst i do not yet know if this is the root cause of the problem, i am going to return these, buy a legitimate UK pair and try again.... Update to follow in the coming weeks....

QuestionsOther things to note, they do not charge wirelessly, never had anything other than a red or flashing red light when charging via cable, the sync button on the bottom of the case never worked, intermittentent flashing on the stems, not visable from some devices when searching for them.... Mutliple issues, i can't say i can put them all down to being Chinese model variant but ya never know..... I have specific UK/EU models from Samsung, so when i have one of these i will see what the sketch is.
