QuestionsI've learned that all the error reports for One UI 6 watch beta should be done through Wearable app (beta) >> contact us >> error report >> select device, so it will have #(your device) in the report
Even though the report is about Shealth app on phone, the error report should be done by those steps. When I reported an error by using contact us in SHealth app (beta version), I got the same response as yours.

QuestionsHello @MarvinMod2,
For error reports, we apologize for any confusion we've provided you with the instructions.
For Contact us > Error report, you may search "Contact us" on the Galaxy Wearable app, or click the Wearable button on the bottom as @userZNnTdcqwZP mentioned.
While submitting your error report, select your Watch model(s) and you may see that your report is designated to BETA (Galaxy Wearable(BETA))
Your previous "Google Assistant" issue has been communicated with the developers and under review.
However, it seems that activity Goal, weather tile, and BT disconnection issues have been communicated through Samsung Members instead of "Galaxy Wearable (BETA)" channel.
We apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced.
Regards,
One UI Beta Team

QuestionsHello @Chef31684,
Could you check if your Galaxy Wearable Beta version is same as below?
Wearable Beta app version is :2.2.59.24061361
Try to re-download the Beta app (from the Samsung Members' Watch6 notification), to see if your Wearable app properly channels to "Beta" error report form.
