QuestionsExactly the same issue here. Cant edit a single event in a series. This has happened previously and I think it was an issue with the Samsung servers. Hopefully it gets rectified soon.
I've seen another thread with the same issue, though, dating back to early February!
I'm going to have to revert to Google calendar until the issue is fixed.
Quick update: this is only happening on my S25 Ultra. I have tried an old S10+ and the option to edit only one event in a series is still there.

To assist us in resolving this issue, we kindly ask you to submit an error report through the Samsung Members app on your device:
1. Open Samsung Members.
2. Navigate to One UI Beta Program > Beta Feedback.
3. Attach any relevant screenshots or screenrecording/video (if possible).
4. Ensure "Send system log data" is checked, then submit the report.
Important: Please submit the report within 15 minutes of reproducing the issue for accurate log data collection.
