This is the first time I am setting this setting up on any phone. I wanted to enable this option on my Z Fold 6 One UI 7 beta 1, however, for some reason, I am missing my device from the list of available devices.

My other device (where I want to be able to respond to calls coming to Z Fold 6) is Galaxy S22+ on the latest software.

They are both signed into the same account. Also, they are on the same wifi network but this shouldn't matter as the description doesn't list this as critical.

Is this the beta 's bug?

I don't think it works that way for two phones logged into the same account. It's for calling and texting from your accessory devices such smartwatch, tablet, speaker, or PC.1741713209140.jpg

Hate to realize this but seems like you are right. This is a huge oversight from Samsung. Why allow only ones with tablets, PCs or watches to get calls...anyway, thank you!

I found this out too; I was not too happy. It does work nicely on the Tab S10+ and Galaxy Book 5 Pro, though. It would be useful to get calls and texts also on my S25 Ultra, as my ZF6 is my main.

Hello,

Thank you for the feedback on "call & text on other devices" feature.

The "Call & Text on Other Devices" feature is primarily designed for Galaxy tablets, smartwatches, and other IoT devices that do not have native calling and texting capabilities. Since smartphones already support calls and texts independently, this feature is not typically available between two phones, which is why your Z Fold 6 may not appear as an available device on your Galaxy S22+.

Although, this does not appear to be a Beta-related bug, but rather than an individual limitation of the feature, we recommend submitting feedback via Samsung Members > Beta Feedback so the development team can review it.

We appreciate your participation in the One UI Beta program and look forward to any additional insights you may have!

Regards,

One UI Beta Team
