Camera needs Nearby Devices

UI 4.0 Cant use the camera without nearby devices enabled. I turn that off to save battery. So can't use camera at all.

Yep ... I just turned off that Permission and Camera won't run, unless that Permission is enabled.

I don't see battery degradation because of it.

Nearby devices permission is required from Android 12 to operate camera app
