Can't access beta program

I had to move from Visible/Verizon to T-Mobile and I can't access the beta program to leave it. I've seen on other forums that my account can be updated to have T-Mobile so I can access it, but support hasn't quite understood what I'm trying to ask and just keeps telling me to go into the beta program.

Hello @MavD ,

We have switched your device to T-Mobile . You should be able to update to Official One UI 4 regardless of the Carrier on unlocked device.
