Once the beta program is over and your watch gets the stable release you will be able to add your cc to your watch

Unfortunately when you beta test you lose pay options. You can opt out now get on regular software and get it back or just wait until it's over😊

This could be the problem with Google Pay specifically. Samsung Pay on my Watch5 is working properly. You might have to wait until Google Pay is supported to work with WearOS 4 since it's based on a completely modern version of Android.
