Can't open folders

Is anyone else having the issue where If they try to open a folder on the open screen they can't, then screen blacks out and gives a error message saying " the app closed, send feed back or wait" 

Beta 3, this is the first real issue I'm having in all the betas & it's a very annoying one.

I'm having the same issue and worse since downloading the latest update. I have 2-3 working apps now the rest of the phone doesn't work.

This is due an incompatibility between One UI 5 and HomeUp from GoodLock - uninstall HomeUp, wait for One UI 5 Beta 4, or wait for a HomeUp update.
